What types of products do you offer?

BC's Sports and Outdoors specializes in high-quality apparel and accessories. Our product range includes stylish plaid shirts designed for the autumn and winter seasons, as well as durable protective cases for the latest iPhone models. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at geekcommand@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
